Ordering from Moon Flower Products means so much for me and my small business. I understand that other places, with big warehouses may be able to send your order to you really quickly, but for me, it takes me a while longer as i have to order most items myself before sending them to you.

This is why the say Pre-Order on the product pages.

At the moment, i don't have a shop in the real world, nor do i have a massive warehouse for everything i stock.

There are some things in my portfolio of products that i don't even have to touch, as they go straight to other small businesses at the time of ordering and then sent straight to you.

Please read the following statement before ordering:

Evri Tracked takes 3-5 business days to deliver - this does not include the time it takes me to get your order together for delivery.

Depending on the items you order, and the amount of items you order, it can take me up to 4 weeks to send your order to Evri for delivery.

Home Products such as Candles, Wax Melts, Reed Diffusers etc take this long due to curing and settling times.

I will always ensure that i get your order to you within a reasonable time but, sometimes, things are out of my control.
